For OMOP data submission, has the submission format been changed?

Initially I believe the submission was meant to be each patient had all their OMOP data within their directory but I remember it was brought up that this has changed somehow. Just wanted to confirm that and ask what the new submission format for OMOP data is.

This is correct. It is possible, even for a first upload, to have all the patients in the same OMOP tables (e.g. all the persons in a single PERSON tab le, etc.). So, there are only a handful of OMOP tables to submit, rather than a set of tables for each patients. These 13 tables should be in a folder at the same level at the individual person_id folders, which still will contain, for each patient_id, waveforms and images. The revised SOP will reflect this.
