getting No Java Mission Control found error

your jdk version is too high.
java mission is removed
jdk 1.8.0_202 is work for me.
And here is link to download
https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/downloads/#jre8-macos

by the way. Remember source ~/.bash_profile if you change $JAVA_HOME before rerun build command
