Pasted text gets CR LF (windows) newlines

1. Paste some text (multiple lines)
2. Click "Raw Text" and copy the URL
3. curl the URL into a file

The file now has CR LF newlines -- gross!

I think it's reasonable to always normalize to unix newlines coming from the pastebin flow (we would never modify uploaded files, of course). A workaround for now is to upload the text as a plaintext file.
