In the uk (and belgium I guess) waffles are (more) commonly a dessert so the statements in references.pod about "now contain a dessert" seem unnecessarily confusing. I certainly think of waffles as a dessert - Belgian Waffles.
(Damn, I feel hungry now. :-)
