CIMTool is an open source tool that supports the Common Information Model (CIM) standards used in the electric power industry. It is potentially useful for other semantic applications too.
The CIMTool Google Group is no longer actively monitored and has been retained only for archival purposes. Please post all questions, suggestions, and/or comments directly to the new CIMTool Discussions board for this repository.
For full details on how to use CIMTool with Enterprise Architect refer to the "How To" section on this topic located here. The documentation includes detailed information on where to locate CIM models as well as options for how to import the CIM schema into CIMTool.

Once you get acquainted with CIMTool visit the CIMTool Builders Library companion repository that provides information on building your own CIMTool builders using XSLT transforms.
