Describe the problem

Integration of the voices message (not call) feature for a better chat experience.

Describe the solution you'd like

Just add a microphone button to the chat tab, like Element had. Then call the microphone of the host system and create and .ogg file for sending them to the chat.

I have abandoned that PR.

I think the most important thing when implementing this feature is to keep in mind extensibility regarding the UI to avoid bloating it.
