Support for Hugo

I've been following Hugo closely, which seems to render page builds much quicker than Jekyll and doesn't require Ruby (can be installed via hugo-cli from npm)

I will also have to think of a clever Go-related name, or simply rebrand the entire project as it diverges more and more from the original Poole.
