Build for Debian 13 (trixie)

Hello folks,

I am trying to learn Postgres + Citus and wanted to experiment with it, while using Debian 13 (trixie).
It looks like there's no current build/deb for it.
The OS is not officially stable yet, but it would allow people such as myself to test things early and
give feedback. I was hoping that you might consider adding a build for trixie in your repositories.
