Revoke/Suspend License Attempt Bug

As ROW staff, we need the Revoke/Suspend License process (58020) to stay open after a process attempt is saved, so we can continue to use it throughout the duration of the project.

It looks like the process currently does not close and stays open, this ticket may possibly have been fixed earlier. Need to confirm with Tracy.
