Idea: add pyup.io

@ixje do you have the necessary credentials to set-it up now?

Note: we got a lot of merge requests to master because it is the current default branch.
Imo the default branch should be changed to development (merge requests will also default to merges to development).

Edit:
Maybe the default branch can stay as master (https://github.com/CityOfZion/neo-privatenet-docker/ is assuming the default branch is master, maybe some other projects too).
I opened #858 to explicitely set the branch.
