[NFC] Fix AuthorizeNet Test failure due to credit card being expired #15690

Overview

This fixes a failing test because the credit card details have expired

Test passes

@eileenmcnaughton i know this isn't a 'regression' however it makes more sense to ensure 5.19 is still passing sensibly for when Tim does his run on Wednesday
