Implementing this app as PWA gives the user

the ability to add the app to their phone's home screen
offline support
push notification

Would this allow us to send a 'Put your bag out' notification without needing people's emails or numbers?

@brianflanagan As far as I know, that's correct. I think the client side when subscribing can create a random identifier.
