User Story

As a developer
I want CivicTheme to update to the version of Storybook
So that Storybook is fully functional and works as expected

Description

Storybook is an application that powers showing of the design system components in UI kit and Drupal theme (for the CT and costumer sites).

The version of Storybook being used is significantly outdated and no longer supported.

We need to update the version of the Storybook and provide an upgrade path to consumer sites.

We are shipping CT with non-supported Storybook and cannot receive anymore updates.

Our new sites will be using outdated Storybook as well if not updated.
