The DDL of promotion to the community was brought forward to the end day of May. So stage 1 and 2 will be skipped, and we should have a user from community directly.

A team from community was interested in developing a SUDT dapp with Kuai, and the progress is tracked by issue #250 (comment)

Another two points we're going to promote are

1. promote the kuai-cli to .bit team to deploy contract with multisig and multi contracts
2. promote the devnet with preset to neuron, lumos, acceptance team to launch a devnet speedily and to facilitate e2e implementation.
