Long clicking a link in a table displays the table toolbar instead of the link balloon

1. Create a link in a table.
2. Click it.
3. Click it again but this time hold the button pressed for a while.

✔️ Expected result

The link balloon shows up.

The table toolbar shows up.

We discussed this issue during a sync meeting and we decided to not spend time on it. 

The issue boils down to the fact that link listens on click (fired when the mouse button is released) and the other toolbars appear on selection change (fired asynchronously after the mouse button is pressed).

There's been a discussion about this in #7596 already.
