As a Developer that wants to work with or deploy this code, I need to understand how to deploy the application.

Describe the solution you'd like
The README should adhere to this standard. Ideally CodeClimate and Testing Coverage badges should be included.

Additional context
The API should be documented separately, ideally with Swagger.
