Hide tags can be used in posts as well

Basically, this allows users to exploit the cost for the content, by setting their own hide tag with a cost, other users will be able to unlock that content (for for example 1 point instead of 100) and see the content in the original post.

hm, this isn't so much as a bug; but more or less how the plugin's intended to work.

I'll look into adding a setting that stops users from posting hide tags in replies to a thread; shouldn't be too hard.
