pass config file to amqproxy

I saw there's a file config/example.ini where it looks like you can define the config in a file, but I couldn't figure out how to pass the file to amqproxy. Is that still supported or is it only command-line arguments/environment variables? That's fine if so - just wanted to see if a config file was an option.
