After adding my own account ID, and running wrangler publish, I get:

Error: error decoding response body: missing field `result` at line 1 column 76

Caused by:
    missing field `result` at line 1 column 76

What version of wrangler are you on? Try running wrangler --version.

I just tried republishing this from scratch using wrangler v1.19.4 and it's still working fine for me.

I've updated the README and wrangler.toml, should be fine now.
