The default sorting by cid sorts lexicographically and results in weird sorting.

Steps to reproduce:

1. go to first example on docs
2. click a header 3 times
3. The sorted order now has chad at the first row

The default sort function inside Body#sort needs to strip out the model's prefix and then sort by the rest as a number.
