Test the WS-Fed module with other clients #12

Currently, the WS-Fed module has only been tested with sharepoint 2013. It should also be tested at least with sharepoint 2016 and Microsoft's on premise CRM.

The results must be documented and in case of problems, new issues created.

A test client using Apache CXF Fediz has been written to test this module (available here). Though this constitutes "another client", testing with another commercial client should be done before testing this point closed.
