Falta migracion en pip? #4

Al instalar ggg tuve que correr esto para que tome las migraciones iniciales antes:

./manage.py makemigrations cie10_django

el paquete que trajo de pip no vino con las migraciones. Por ahi convenga poner en el requirements que lo tome directamente de aca y no de pip.
