At the moment, we allow the undocumented, boolean breakForBetween option in case we want to break so we can identify players at one level above.
This is needed because if we need between groups tiebreakers for the, say, top 2 third placers, then no group can have ties between their 2nd and 3rd placers (which we would normally allow if we specified a higher multiple of numSections).
Thus, we need to make a module that can use this to create between groups tiebreakers.
When this is done, we can make a dynamic tournament to link this module, and the new one so this functionality is complete.

Still haven't found a single legit use for this where even basic level sensible tournament design isn't vastly superior. Should probably remove this feature - but it does no harm yet.
