hsspsoap exits immediately #11

When hsspsoap is executed on cmbi23 it exits immediately. This change occurred after updating the machine from Ubuntu 12.04 LTS to Ubuntu 14.04 LTS.

This was caused by a dependency issue because the libzeep dll was compiled for the old machine, which had an older libboost version. Recompiling and installing libzeep and hsspsoap resolved the problem.
