IIS Express Error: Cannot read configuration file! #7

In attempting to clone and run the application on another machine, I am currently receiving the following super annoying error: "The following error occurred when trying to configure IIS Express for project OpenTraumaRegistry.Api. Filename: redirection.config Error: Cannot read configuration file"
I have scoured the web for a resolution to this and as of yet haven't found a resolution. I apologize for this and am working hard to provide a suitable resolution. Any help with this would be much appreciated!
