References to nCoV

Hello,

There seem to be many references to a folder in a dropbox named 'nCoV', is this something that should also be included? I cannot reproduce the code without it. Thanks

Thanks Adam. I've pushed some changes which hopefully fixes this issue. Note you will have to set covid_uk_path at the top of UK.R and UK-view.R. We are reviewing the code to make sure it works on other people's setups, so let me know if this resolved your issue.

Great, I think that's sorted so I will close - there is another issue but I will create a new GitHub issue for that
