• Fixed bug in manage copybook view where if the user chose the same copybook file path in the copybook directory, it would cause the association to fail.
• Fixed bug where SQLite3 database wouldn't be fully closed when the application was closed. The connection pool wasn't being flushed.
• Correctly handles when the external editor cannot be found.
