Update apptainer version in containers

There are outdated apptainer versions in several current CMS containers:

• cmssw-el7: 1.2.3-1.el7
• cmssw-el8: 1.2.4-1.el8

These need to be updated to 1.2.5-1, which includes the resolution to apptainer/apptainer#1779.

(I'm not sure what action needs to be taken for this update - maybe just triggering a new build of the containers? The apptainer version doesn't seem to be pinned anywhere in this repository, as far as I can tell.)

thanks @kpedro88. New apptainer version should be picked up on next rebuild of our containers. Hopefully cmssw/el8 will be rebuild soon but cmssw/el7 might need a force re-build as base container centos:7 is kind of frozen.

There are no changes in the base image, but I can force-build it hopefully between today and tomorrow
