[DD4hep] Reorder XML Files in 2026 Scenarios

PR description:

DD4hep requires that the detector description logical volumes use valid shapes, e.g. previously defined.
Reordering the files to comply with this requirement: some boolean shapes defined in cavern.xml use shapes defined in muonBase.xml
