[12_4_X Backport] Set appropriate streamLabel for online DQM GPU validation #38528

PR description:

Porting over commit f49557a from

into master and 12_4_X since these corresponding PRs have been already merged

This PR corrects the stream label used for online ECAL DQM GPU validation as described in #38428 (comment)

PR validation:

Running client on local file still works but should be checked on playback tests

If this PR is a backport please specify the original PR and why you need to backport that PR. If this PR will be backported please specify to which release cycle the backport is meant for:

This is a port of #38428 to master #38527 and 12_4_X (this PR)

A new Pull Request was created by @alejands (Alejandro Sanchez) for CMSSW_12_4_X.

It involves the following packages:

  • DQM/Integration (dqm)

This pull request is fully signed and it will be integrated in one of the next CMSSW_12_4_X IBs (tests are also fine) and once validation in the development release cycle CMSSW_12_5_X is complete. This pull request will now be reviewed by the release team before it's merged. @perrotta, @dpiparo, @qliphy (and backports should be raised in the release meeting by the corresponding L2)
