第一个，因为我们春季招募已经结束了，但是很多报名者都不知道，还在继续填写春季报名表，所以有没有可能关闭现在的志愿者申请页面，然后在申请页面上展示2016年春季招募已结束，秋季招募将于4月开始。。。。之类的通知
