cnmaps库能写一个读取shp文件的实例吗？我想用它进行掩膜shp背景栅格信息，类似于白化背景处理

@xiaosongding 因为 shp 文件内部结构相对比较灵活，目前还没有开发读取 shp 的功能，但是后面可以添加。
