Issue ( 해결해야할 문제가 무엇인가 ? )

도메인 분리 작업의 문제로 싱글톤 객체로 존재해야할 repositroy 객체들이 남용되어 common 패키지에 repo를 분리.

ToDoList ( 해결 하기 위해 해야할 것 )

repository 옮기기
