PROBLEM:
my window changes sizes often because I bounce around where my YouTube videos are playing and it is kind of annoying when I have to change the size of the miniplayer constantly when I change what monitor my YouTube is playing on.

SOLUTION:
make the miniplayer size percentage based. Or have it be a certain percentage of the window size rather than have an absolute resolution for the miniplayer.

RELEVANCE / SCOPE:
anyone who likes the miniplayer and regularly changes the size of the YouTube window would find this feature fantastic. I am not sure how many others are like me though.

"SIDE EFFECTS":
shouldn't be any conflicts with other features and you can't lock the miniplayer to an exact resolution in the settings anyway so I don't imagine anyone would be upset about the change.
