Description : option to enable a feature that replicates the feature of the https://addons.videolan.org/p/1154025/ or https://addons.videolan.org/p/1185871/ .

Additional Information: I think we proposed before something related but could not search .
Talking about Sponsor block, It's database contains data for only popular and new video as they released it only a year ago .
and additionally Sponsor block do not have any category for intro (that's only for animation and intermission) and outro (that's end cards only) and anyone who mark intro as intermission gets banned easily .
