Now that "long assessments" can comprise only a single page (#12299) there was an issue in which, when visiting a single-page assessment, its dot in the header was small instead of big and with a number.
There was one additional place in which we needed to ensure that a "xxxx_0" level uid was added to the summary. Now the progress dot looks good.
