#17579 incorrectly hid the "Remix", "Make your own", and "Make your own app" buttons for young students on all project types when it should only have hidden them on applab, gamelab and weblab. This PR shows these buttons again since we urgently want them to be available again on artist and playlab levels. If a young student clicks one of these buttons on an applab, gamelab or weblab share, they'll be redirected to the home page with an error message such as the ones shown in the description of #17579 .
There will be a follow-up task to properly hide these buttons for young users on *labs. @poorvasingal will prioritize this task against other sprint work.
