Adding class linktag or clicktag to each item we want to track (the former for links, the latter for clicks) along with a unique ID for each. Also prevented pointer events for a couple items where we want the parent to take care of the click because the parent has the annotation.
Now that the Code.org homepage no longer relies on data from a gsheet -> CSV -> database table, we can remove both the CSV that feeds into the database, and the file that causes the gsheet to imported into a CSV. When this makes it to production, I'll produce a final change which drops the table from the database.
