Problem to solve

As we've iterated and experimented with the PR comment there were feedback solicitation issues shown in the footer (These are only shown when footer is in the repo YAML). The problem to review is the issues are outdated from their original intent and should be updated/consolidated:

  • This issue #8 was the earliest for general feedback as there was incremental rollout of updates
  • This issue #54 was the issue used to capture feedback about the patch-only experiment

Today, the PR comment difference is only between team and pro, as the incremental rollouts have been 100% released. Exception is the bug issue with YAML configuration header, this is being addressed.
