This page lives under the Tools tab- Tools for Tenants

Change name from Tools/"Tips for Requesting" to "Tools for Tenants"

Also, the documents this page is supposed to link to are not available in the drive currently (or are incomplete).

Does restarting the build in Travis fix the issue? I've found sometimes that a remote server could be down during the build or a connection not made when yarn is fetching packages and can cause a build error.
