Follow Up With Open-Records Custodians

Check to see if there is anyone else in their government also identified as an open records custodian. I didn't initially know to ask this question. Often a city or county clerk is the sole designated contact. However, I have come to learn that some government entities also identify open records custodians for the court and for law enforcement.
