Nothing work

Hi, i have a lot of problems with the permissions plugins
I've tried Bukkitpermissions, groupmanager, permissionsex
And the only one who work a little bit is bPermissions
I've watched some tutorials in 2 different language to understand everything better
But everything is still pretty shity.

So as you can see the picture 1 is my text folder in Notepad++
the second one is the same text folder from my ftp server on the server site
and the third one is the SAME text folder in filezilla
Filezilla doesn't give a fuck about what a do in this folder, he just keep put it back again and again whatever the plugin is.

It's been 3 or days since i started working on that, i'm a beginner but still, i really dont understand why whatever i try, nothing work.

EDIT: i just go back to PermissionEx with a file found on internet made by someone who know what he is doing, work fine now.

These plugins haven't been updated in a few years...

Wonder why they don't work.
