React Native Development with Coder

I have some scratch notes setting up an Ubuntu AWS VM (via Coder) for React Native development.

Let's do a full blog post/example template on developing a react native project with Coder. If we use a real project (e.g. Mattermost, Rainbow), we could compare the setup time and build speed on local versus Coder.
