Overwrite tab in the inspector only works in the workspace view #89

At the moment we're relying on store within https://github.com/codice/ddf/blob/master/ui/packages/catalog-ui-search/src/main/webapp/component/metacard-overwrite/metacard-overwrite.view.js#L214. That makes it so the view will break on routes other than the workspace route. Instead, we should be using a passed in selectionInterface.
