Seeing this in the logs:

ERROR coiled:states.py:132 | Worker Process | test_repeated_merge_spill-bfc0c396-worker-119f6e5b70 | error at 17:47:45 (Coordinated Universal Time) | Software build failed -> Conda package install failed with the following errors:
package libarrow-11.0.0-h2c3b227_3_cpu requires aws-crt-cpp >=0.18.16,<0.18.17.0a0, but none of the providers can be installed
package pyarrow-11.0.0-py310hc81d9b2_9_cuda requires libarrow 11.0.0 h255618e_9_cuda, but none of the providers can be installed

Looks very similar to #699.

Looks like it's resolved now. Please yell at me if it pops up again and I'll take a closer look
