Making build work with latest clang and re-building with Cython

Thanks a lot for the pull request. I merged them into master. For the Cython-generated files, I added a post installation process to add "std::" to "isspace" in the cpp files. It only runs if we're using Cython (CYLP_USE_CYTHON environment variable is defined). Please let me know if the resulting *.cpp files keeps Mavericks happy. |
