From 6.0 onward, all data in the schema/data dictionaries here can be extracted from the JSON config except the DB Field Table column.

@meganforbes and I agreed that if we can get to some type of adhoc reporting/bulk export that can be round-tripped back in with cspace-converter, then info on where the data lives in the DB becomes much less important
