Unable to install

Tried both the buildout and the 1.1.1 tar.gz file on pypi.

buildout does not pin all the versions so ran into a few problems. Was able to pin ExtensionClass and zope.pagetemplate but started running into problems such as <utility...> not defined in configure.zcml in the transmogrifier.xxx eggs.

buildout barfs at the buildout.cfg file in the tar file at the lines:
