Pulling the items already and the edge and then changing direction of pull will prevent the List from bouncing back up #44

With a Container with a VLayout and vertical scroll position already set to 0, pull down.
A small gap appears on top
Without lifting your finger, change the scroll direction to horizontal.
Lift up the finger
Bug: The gap remains (List doesn't bounce back)
