Revision History

The revision history for the document. It is displayed on the page(s) in between the title page and the Table of Contents. It consists of one of more <entry> elements within a <RevisionHistory> tag. There should be an entry for each release of the document. They will appear in the published document in the same order that they appear in the XML. An entry for the current release should be included.

The schema allows for an optional <release-notes> section containing arbitrary text following the last <entry> tag. It appears that no one uses this element, so it might be removed from the schema.
